A lot of you might be thinking how does it help in weight loss??
Now first of all lets know what apple cider vinegar actually is.
ACV is nothing but just apples cut into pieces. Then yeast is added to the apples to convert it into alcohol. Then bacteria is added which helps in the fermentation of apple and which in turn leads to acetic acid products. This is the whole process and your apple cider vinegar is ready.
Now so many people say it is beneficial for weight loss.. So obviously you all must have wondered whether to consume it or not. And if we can consume it then how to consume it. Which apple cider vinegar to consume?? When to consume?? So, i am going to answer all these questions for you all.
First of all lets see which apple cider vinegar to take. Now there are two types of ACVs in the market:
1.WITH THE MOTHER
Now if you want a salad dressing choose Synthetic ACV but if you are looking for weight loss i would strongly recommend ACV with the mother . Now what is with the mother??
It is nothing but a more concentrated, raw , unfiltered ACV and that is what we are looking for as it will only help us with our weight loss.
Now lets discuss when to take it.
I consume ACV early in the morning. I take 1 glass of lukewarm water and add 2 tablespoon of ACV. I take Healthvit ACV with the mother.
I take it daily on an empty stomach and wait for at least 30 minutes before having my breakfast.
Now lets see the benefits:
1.It helps in controlling blood sugar level
2.It decreases the insulin level
3.It suppresses apetite.
4.Reduces fat storage
I personally have felt that it helps in suppressing hunger and maintaining my weight.
So, my personal experience of having ACV has been good so far and i would continue to consume it.
